Lake Heiniger is a single-family community that was developed by M/I Homes. Built in 2007, this beautiful community is nestled in the rolling hills along Lake Heiniger in Apopka, Florida’s west side, in the Greater Orlando area. Lake Heiniger features spacious homesites and wooded lots.
Westwood Exterior Solutions was tapped to assist Lake Heiniger’s HOA and dispatched several custom, ride-on rigs to clean the sidewalks and curbs.
These custom rigs allowed the Westwood team to clean the walkways in one pass, eliminating any striping or buffing marks – leaving the community looking as good as new.
