Independence is a crown jewel community of Central Florida’s Orlando area, spanning 2,483 single family, townhome and lakefront properties. Guests and residents alike are greeted by a magnificent 512 foot reflection pond at the entrance that gives way to homes, a clubhouse, and miles of sidewalks and pathways.
Westwood Exterior Solutions was tasked with a full community refresh, which saw the draining of the reflection pond, and it’s cleaning with high pressure water and air.
As well as the cleaning of it’s miles of walking and biking paths that are up to 10-15 feet wide in some locations. Teams worked relentlessly to ensure this community was returned to it’s breathtaking glory.
Westwood deployed several custom, ride-on pressure washing rigs (picture above) to clean pathways and sidewalks around the community and it’s parks.
